Who Built AllFormat & Why We Exist
AllFormat was built and is actively developed by RVTech Solutions, an independent technology team founded by Aniket Vishwakarma. Traditional file converter websites are often clogged with intrusive full-screen popups, artificial file size quotas, forced email registrations, and recurring subscription paywalls for basic operations like converting a PDF to Word or compressing a photo for a government application.
Our mission is straightforward: deliver utility tools that respect user privacy, run as much processing directly on the client machine as possible, and remain free for everyone — students, job applicants, developers, and businesses alike.
How Our Conversion Engines Work
To deliver maximum privacy without sacrificing document fidelity, AllFormat utilizes a hybrid architecture:
For image manipulation, spreadsheet conversions, CSV/JSON transforms, and browser PDF annotations, files are processed strictly inside your device’s browser memory via HTML5 Canvas, WebAssembly, and JavaScript APIs. Your files never leave your computer or smartphone.
Complex document transformations — such as reconstructing tabular Word (.docx) files from PDFs or rendering print-ready PDFs from DOCX — require specialized layout engines like LibreOffice and pdf2docx. These jobs run on encrypted, ephemeral server workers and are permanently erased immediately after generation.
